We accept all card payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and iDeal.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To purchase items simply click on the Add To Cart option of the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your shopping cart. You can either view your shopping cart or Check Out. Items in your cart are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING. CAN I DO THAT?

Unfortunately we can't make adjustments to an order once it has been confirmed. All is not lost though! As long as your order has not been shipped you can contact us within 12 hours to cancel your original order. Then you can go back and place a new order. However, if your order has already been shipped, best to follow our regular return process.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking is quick and easy. You will have received tracking number along with the confirmation of your delivery. Simply copy the 'tracking number' into the Order Tracking page for a delivery update.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

WORLDWIDE FREE DELIVERY.
We also provide a shipping PLUS service at $9 including tracking + insurance.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Processing time: 48 hours to process your order. International shipping takes around 7-21 business days.

However, depending on your location, customs, and availability your item can take anywhere between 1-5 weeks. Please refer to our Shipping Details page for more information.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM(S). WHAT CAN I DO?

If you still have not received your order(s) after a reasonable time (usually 21 days), please contact us at contact@yukiohishika.com.

WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTIES?

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. If you are unsure and would like to discuss this with us then please contact us for more information.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT IS INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@yukiohishika.com with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label and returns authorization form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

You will receive a full refund for the following issues:

- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).

- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).

- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).

- The order went missing.

- The estimated delivery time has expired.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Sizes are in JAPANESE sizes which are 1 or 2 sizes smaller than European / US. Please refer to our size guide in the product description.

CAN I GO IN STORE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?

All exchanges must go through our web processing center and therefore cannot be processed in-store.
